Last night, I and my fiance went to a Buddhist Ceremony. We stayed out the crowd and stood on the left side near the stage. I couldn’t believe that the Iphone 5S from my mom could capture the images so clearly from far away. πŸ˜€

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO MACAU…

I think this post ends the Iphone Art/Photography 2012 Week Post series. In next year I would like to try something new. I don’t know it yet, I’m still looking for a theme to talk about in the coming next year 2013 for every first week of the month. πŸ˜€

Four more posts to go, and we will be stepping in the year of 2013! YEY!!! πŸ˜€

Week 46 – The Human Bodies Exhibition

Today I went to visit the Human Bodies Exhibition in Venetian Macau. When I looked at the first “display” as I entered the exhibition hall, I didn’t expect it is a real preserved human body. I thought to myself, “It looks so real! … But I don’t think what is displaying in front of me is really a real body!”. I kept this thought in my mind until I walked out the exhibition hall.

In the hall, it shows slices of human bodies, skeletons, organs, every inches of bones and muscles, blood vessels, nervous system, the brain, everything that you could imagine… Its details really astonished me!

I took a lot of pictures in the hall, but after coming home reviewing those pictures again I felt like a bit scary and I didn’t want to keep them. I deleted them all, except the photo attached here. πŸ˜›

P.S.: Exhibition Period: From 25 Oct 2012 until 24 Feb 2013

Week 40 – Iphone Art/Photography

I created this panorama with the Photosynth app on my iOS device. ^^

Week 37 – Fireworks

Happy weekend!
Time passes so fast. This is another year of Macau International Fireworks Display Contest. I remembered last year I went to the same place but different spot to take picture of the fireworks. πŸ˜€

ONE CLICK TO TURN MY ROOM INTO A CARTOON

I find Paper Camera one of the great iphone app to make sketch and cartoon. By one simple click, I can turn anything into a comic world! πŸ˜€ Quite fun! And, this is how my room would look like if it was a cartoon!

Happy weekend everyone!

Week 26 – A Melody From A Dream

This is a postcard that I received today, sent by my dear little cousin who is having her holiday in Hiroshima. πŸ˜€ I’ve never been to Hiroshima. I would like to visit it someday in the future…

Few years ago, I remembered having a dream in which I saw a beautiful angel humming a song in front of the crowd. Years have passed, I couldn’t remember the lyrics, but still remember its melody. Here you go…

Week 22 – Iphone Art/Photography

BEAUTIFUL CLOUD FORMATION

I was fascinated by the cloud formation I saw yesterday on the shuttle bus on my way home. I couldn’t wait another second to take my camera phone out of my bag and capture the image. I was grateful for the little camera I have had always by my side, so that I wouldn’t miss any moment which could turn out to be my most cherished moments in my memory.

Great weekend everyone. πŸ˜€
P.S.: Happy Children’s Day!

TAKING PANORAMIC PICTURE WITH “DMD PANORAMA”

Recently, I have found a great app to take panoramic picture with my little Iphone. What I found interesting about this app is that I can easily capture three vertical pictures, then combine them into one single panoramic image within seconds.

Here is the Praca do Leal Senado (or Leal Senado Square), at dusk.

Week 14 – Iphone Art/Photography

A SMALL CREATURE I FOUND THIS MORNING AT THE GUIA HILL

Is he waiting for the sun to rise? Is he taking a break? Or is he busy digesting food? πŸ˜€ I wonder what he is doing and thinking about…

Photo taken with an Iphone 4s and edited with PhotoToaster and ScratchCam.
Have a nice weekend everyone!

2012 THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON

The dragon that you see in the picture is a new decoration installed on the ceiling at the ground floor of City Of Dreams, Macao. I captured the image with Iphone 4s, and then applied the filter “Blue Bayou” in PhotoToaster, and added bubbles to the picture with an app named Bubble World. It is so fun to play with. Hope you like it, too! πŸ˜€

AN OLD PICTURE I FOUND IN THE DRAWER

When we look at the name of this photo we will assume that the photo was taken a long time ago, but actually this picture was created only in few days ago using Iphone 4s and processed with some great apps (ScratchCam, PhotoToaster and Dynamic Light).

Nowadays, many people enjoy using mobile phones to take instant photos. I guess one of its advantages is that we can get instant artistic result! Images being applied with filters and effects, will instantly transform into something very pleasant to look at. I love it and it is so fun! πŸ˜€
